John Stein is the most recent addition to the White Oak team, joining in June 2023. John was born and raised in Lexington, KY, a place he loves to call home. He graduated from the University of Kentucky and proceeded to work for Campus Outreach for three years, an organization that cultivates faith, leadership, and community for students on campus.
Now with White Oak, John specializes in advising buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of real estate assets. His goal is to provide as much value as possible to each client in serving their goals and needs well.
John has been married to his wife, Michelle, for two years and they just welcomed their first child, John Micheal Stein, into the world in April 2023. When not at work, John enjoys spending time with his family, watching or attending any type of Cats game, traveling, any good movie, reading, instructing cycling at CycleYou, investing time into Lexington’s Amachi mentor program and being a member at Hope Presbyterian Church in downtown Lexington. John desires to see the flourishing of Lexington and the state overall, a passion that shines through in his work at White Oak.
