Frederick is a native of Lexington, KY, a place he loves to call home. A proud graduate of the University of Kentucky in 2019, he spent nearly three and half years working in the Fundraising Department for University of Kentucky Athletics. Now a team member at White Oak, Frederick is dedicated to helping his clients navigate the complexities of commercial real estate and achieve their investment goals. He specializes in acquisition and disposition, site selection and development, sourcing off-market deals, investment sales, and leasing across retail, industrial and office sectors.

Outside of work, Frederick values time with family and friends, the people central to his life. He enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, hiking, swimming and biking, and is always up for a spontaneous adventure. An avid traveler and sports fan, he follows the Kentucky Wildcats and New York Yankees with great loyalty. Frederick has a deep passion for the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is committed to contributing to its future success.
